Our operational Air, Sea, Road and Logistics departments are the backbone of our company-wide logistics processes. Daily operations includes all practical aspects of transport and warehousing from selecting carriers and creating quotes to creating transport and customs documentation and customer service.

Sales

Our motivated Sales team is in charge of maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships as well as finding, attracting and acquiring new customers. They conduct market research, define target markets and customers, analyze clients’ supply chain processes and identify optimization potentials.

Information Technology

IT department provides tailor-made IT services for companies in the transport and logistics industry with the aim of streamlining communication and providing transparency throughout the supply chain. Our specialized teams provide solid technological competence in the field of application management, software development, business analysis & project management.

Supply Chain Management

Our Supply Chain Management team represents a vital liaison between our company and our clients. The SCM team is in charge of analyzing the customer’s current processes along the value creation chain, identifying ways to optimize all aspects, and implementing these improvements as needed.

Finance

Our Finance department is in charge of Accounting, Controlling and Bookkeeping. The team’s responsibilities range from strategic financial planning and project financing to risk management and creation of the financial statement.

Legal & Insurance

cargo-partner’s Legal and Insurance department handles debt collection, sensitive customer concerns and examines legal matters and requirements. They evaluate and re-negotiate new and existing contracts, support investment management, and manage correspondence with attorneys, notaries and international subsidiaries.

Training & Quality Management

Our Training & Quality Management team is responsible for establishing, nourishing and improving the knowledge level within our group. Using continuous feedback, implementation surveys and training needs assessments, the TQM team ensures an efficient workflow in our company.
